Our Wedding Day Management service is perfect for the couple who has planned all aspects of their wedding, but would like professional assistance with coordinating the wedding day and wrapping up the details so they can enjoy their wedding day with each other and family.

- Walk through of the venue
- Create the Wedding Day schedule and distribute to bridal party and vendors
- Review of Vendor Contracts
- Confirm vendor contracts and timing four weeks before Wedding Day
- Confirmation during the week of the wedding
- Checklist review with the Bride and Groom
- 1 hours of Rehearsal Coordination and Direction
- Schedule review with bridal party and families
- Collection of guest book, programs, favors, unity candle, memorial candle, and any other simple décor.
- Unlimited Coordination and Direction
- Assistant for the day
- Ceremony set up of the guest book, programs, unity candle, memorial candle, and simple décor (Restrictions apply)
- Manage timeline
- Supervise vendor arrival
- Distribution of all flowers to the bridal party
- Assist bridal party and immediate families throughout the day to ensure all needs are met
- Vendor cues throughout the event
- Vendor final payment and/or tip distribution
- Pack up all the gifts and any décor that is not the venues/vendors to be sent to the Honeymoon Suite or designated person
- Wedding Day emergency kit
- A warm smiling face to ensure you are calm throughout the day!

The Legacy (Full-service Event Planning)
For the couple who are busy with a full time career, family duties, an active lifestyle, or just wants to enjoy being engaged.
This package is perfect for busy, active couples who want to enjoy being engaged and not boggled down in the minutia of planning every little detail. This package starts 12 months or more prior to the wedding date.
- Everything included in the Wedding Management Package
- 1hr Design Meeting
- Budget assistance, review, and management
- Signature design boards and inspiration
- Scheduling of vendor meetings and contract negotiation
- Referrals of vendors
- Attend one meeting for each vendor. *(Additional meetings will be an add-on service and charged our hourly rate)
- Floor plan consultation and design
- Rehearsal dinner and/or brunch restaurant/caterer recommendations
- Coordination of event clean up
